Sometimes the best way to correct a problem is to do the opposite of that problem.

For example, If your head is moving away from the target on the backswing – a great way to feel how to correct it would be to try and move your head closer to the target. This heightens your awareness and you’ll start to feel how much sway is needed to keep the upper body (head stable) centered.

I say sway because that’s how it’s measured when you strap on something like a k-vest or something similar.

Notice the sensor at the top of the spine? (image opposite..) This should move towards the target about 4 inches by the time you reach the top of the backswing. If you keep your head steady, this is easily done.
